Gourmet meat loaf

Ingredients

cup Soft bread crumbs
¾ cup Rose wine
1 pack Instant beef broth
¼ cup Water
2 tablespoons Instant minced onions
2 tablespoons Instant green peppers
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
1 Egg, slightly beaten
pounds Lean ground meat

Directions

1. Combine soft bread crumbs, wine, the package of instant beef broth, onions, peppers and water in a large heat-resistant, non-metallic bowl. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 4 minutes. 2. Stir in salt, dry mustard, egg and ground meat. 3. Press firmly into an 8½-inch, heat-resistant, non-metallic round baking dish with custard cup in the center (right side of cup facing down). 4. The ring shape will bake very evenly and the excess fat will be collected under the inverted cup. Heat, loosely covered with paper towel, in Microwave Oven 12 minutes. NOTE: Any combination of beef, veal, lamb or pork may be used
