Green and gold squash

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ pounds Zucchini;
½ pounds Yellow summer squash;
1 clove Garlic; minced
1 teaspoon Dried Leaf Oregano;
¼ teaspoon Pepper;
1 teaspoon Virgin olive oil;

Directions

Slice zucchini and squash in thin rounds. Mix with garlic, oregano, and pepper, and place in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam 2 minutes or until just tender.
