Ingredients

1 | pounds | Yellow or zuchinni squash; diced |
½ | cup | Green pepper |
½ | cup | Onion; diced |
Salt and pepper (generous sprinkling) | ||
1 | Stick butter | |
1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
½ | cup | Salad dressing |
½ | cup | Pimiento |
1 | Egg; beaten | |
½ | cup | Sharp cheese; grated |
Directions
Cook vegetables with salt and pepper in water to cover until tender. Drain and add other ingredients. Mix together well and pour into 1-½ quart casserole. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
