Green bean / jicama salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
½ teaspoon Honey or equiv. sweetener
1 pounds Fresh green beans, blanched
And shocked in cold water
1 medium Size jicama, peeled and
½ teaspoon Ground ginger 1/2 tsp toasted sesame

Julienned
1 Red onion, sliced very thin

OTHER STUFF

Whisk together dressing ingredients. Toss in other stuff. Chill at least 1 hour before serving, tossing again after ½ hour (to help marinating process).
