Green beans in sour cream

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Onion; minced
2 tablespoons Butter -=OR=-
2 tablespoons Margarine;
2 tablespoons Flour;
1 teaspoon Salt;
1 cup Sour Cream;
2 cups French-style green beans; (canned or frozen)
½ cup Cheese; grated

Directions

Simmer onion in butter. Add flour, salt and pepper. Mix well, add sour cream, and then beans, (if frozen beans are used, cook according to directions.) Pour in small casserole and top with grated cheese.
