Green godess dressing

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon Dried chervil
teaspoon Dried celery flakes
1 teaspoon Dried tarragon
¾ teaspoon Dried basil
teaspoon Dried dillweed
½ teaspoon Dried thyme
¼ teaspoon Paprika
teaspoon Black pepper
teaspoon Dried garlic flakes
1 teaspoon Dried onion flakes

Directions

Mix all herbs and store in airtight container.

For Dressing: Mix the herb blend with ¾ C mayonnaise and ⅔ C sour cream (or plain yogurt). Blend in 2 T anchovie paste. Blend all well and refrigerate for several hours or over night to blend flavors. Posted to EAT-L Digest by Lisa Lepsy <MeLizaJane@...> on Sep 2, 1997
