40 Green olives; stoned
1 teaspoon Capers
4 Anchovies
1 teaspoon Ground almonds
1 Clove garlic
4 tablespoons Olive oil
¼ teaspoon Ground cumin
¼ teaspoon Ground paprika
1 1/4 inch sli French bread
Pimento for garnish

Directions

Place all the ingredients except the bread and pimento into a food processor and mix until you have a fine paste.

Spread thinly on the slices of bread and decorate with pieces of pimento.
