Green onion rice

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Rice; cooked
½ cup Green onion; chopped
¼ teaspoon Curry powder
¼ teaspoon Ground cumin
¼ teaspoon Fresh ground black pepper

Directions

Place ingredients in a large skillet coated with vegetable cooking spray.

Saute over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated.
