Grilled pepper and black olive relish

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Pitted black olives,
Chopped
¼ cup Grilled red bell peppers,
Seeded and diced
¼ cup Grilled yellow peppers
Seeded and diced
2 tablespoons Crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon Fresh garlic
2 tablespoons Fresh thyme
¼ cup Chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons Sherry vinegar
1 tablespoon Honey
3 tablespoons Olive oil
Salt and freshly ground
Pepper to taste

Directions

In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve with grilled chicken or fish.
