Grilled pork chops with italian relish

4 larges Pork chops
¼ cup Soy sauce
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Chopped garlic
1 tablespoon Honey
2 Lemons; juice of
1 tablespoon Dried sage
¼ cup Olive oil
6 Roma tomatoes - seeded; diced
¾ cup Chopped red onion
¼ cup Red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon Chopped garlic
2 tablespoons Minced fresh basil
1 tablespoon Minced fresh oregano

Directions: Whisk together in a mixing bowl the ingredients for the marinade. Place the pork chops in a large freezer bag and pour marinade into bag. Place bag into refrigerator to marinate for 1 hour. To prepare the relish, combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside. To cook the chops, place on the barbecue for 6 minutes per side, until cooked through.

Serve with relish.
