3 tablespoons Cilantro; coarsely chopped

4 Yellow corn tortillas; cut into eighths
4 Blue corn tortillas; cut into eighths
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Kosher salt

How to Prepare the Guacamole:

1. Heat a small saute pan over high heat until just smoking.

2. Sear the peppers on both sides until black. When cool enough to handle, peel the skin off and chop finely.

3. Combine the peppers, avocados, red onion, lime juice, and cilantro, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

How to Prepare the Chips:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

2. Brush the chips lightly with the oil on both sides and sprinkle with salt to taste.
