Halibut with ginger and garlic

1 Whole halibut
1 Duck breast
1 2 cm piece ginger; sliced
1 Sliced spring onion
2 Sliced cloves garlic
Preserved ginger
Fresh bread crumbs
Rice
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon White wine vinegar

Directions

Place halibut on a plate in a steamer. Strew with spring onion, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and vinegar. Steam for 8 minutes.

Discard the ginger, garlic and spring onion and serve.
