Ham and asparagus au gratin

Ingredients

6 slices Ham -- baked
24 eaches Asparagus spears -- cooked &
Drained
2 eaches Egg
2 eaches Egg yolks
cup Heavy cream
1 dash Salt
1 dash Pepper
2 tablespoons Swiss cheese -- shredded
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese -- grated
Finely chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Wrap each ham slice around 4 asparagus spears and place seam side down in a greased 7x11 inch baking pan. Beat together eggs, yolks, cream, salt and pepper. Pour over ham rolls. Bake at 350 deg. for about 35 min. or until top begins to brown and the tip of knife inserted in the egg mixture come out clean. Sprinkle with cheeses and parsley, if desired. Serve immediately. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
