Ingredients

1 | pounds | Ground raw ham |
½ | pounds | Ground pork |
½ | pounds | Ground beef |
1 | cup | Cracker crumbs |
2 | Eggs | |
1½ | cup | Milk |
½ | can | (10.75-oz) tomato soup |
½ | cup | Beef bouillon |
½ | cup | Sugar |
½ | cup | Prepared mustard |
½ | cup | Vinegar |
¼ | cup | Butter |
3 | Egg yolks | |
1 | tablespoon | Flour |
Directions
Mix meats well; add crumbs, eggs and milk. Shape into loaf pan and top with soup. Bake at 350 for 1-½ hours. Cook remaining ingredients on low heat (or in double boiler) until thick. Serve with ham loaf.
