¾ | pounds | Ground fresh pork |
1 | Egg; beaten | |
¼ | cup | Milk |
½ | cup | Bread crumbs |
¼ | can | Tomato soup (or more) |
¼ | teaspoon | Paprika |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | tablespoon | Minced onion |
¼ | can | Tomato soup |
¼ | cup | French mustard |
¼ | cup | Vinegar |
¼ | cup | Sugar |
¼ | cup | Oil |
2 | Egg yolks |
Directions
SAUCE
Combine loaf ingredients except onion; shape into a loaf & place in a pan with some water & the minced onion. Bake at 350 for 1-½ hours. Sauce: Combine ingredients & cook until thick. Pour over ham loaf.
