Ham loaf with horseradish glaze

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
---Ham Loaf---
pounds Ground ham
pounds Ground pork
½ pounds Ground beef
cup Oats
4 Eggs; beaten
½ cup Chopped onion
½ teaspoon Pepper
2 cups Tomato juice -Horseradish Glaze---
cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Flour
2 teaspoons Dry mustard
8 tablespoons Horseradish

Directions

Combine all ham loaf ingredients thoroughly and pack in 9x13" pan.

Bake in 350 degree oven 45 minutes.

Mix together Horseradish Glaze ingredients and spread on Ham Loaf mixture. Continue baking 30 minutes more.
