Hatsuka radish and ham salad

9/16 | ounce | Sliced ham |

Directions
Slice radishes thinly, sprinkle on salt and allow to stand until softened.
Kneed in bowl, then squeeze juice out by pressing between both hands. Pour over 1 T. vingegar, mix well and squeeze again. Cut ham into ⅖ in.
