Hawaiian macaroni

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 bunch Green onions; sliced (with tops)
2 tablespoons Oil
2 mediums Carrots; peeled and shredded
¼ cup Soy sauce
1 can Pineapple rings in juice
1 medium Green pepper; chopped
2 cups Macaroni; cooked and drained
1 tablespoon Brown sugar

Directions

In large skillet sauté‚onion in the oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Add carrots.

Sauté‚for 1 minute.

Stir in soy sauce, Drain juice from pineapple into the mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Cut phieapple in small pieces. Add with green pepper and macaroni to the sauce.

Stir in brown sugar and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
