Hearty burgundy shortribs

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 larges Short Ribs Of Beef
1 tablespoon Seasoned Salt
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons Italian Herbs
1 cup Burgundy

Directions

Place ribs, fat side up, in a shallow roasting pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over ribs. Roast uncovered in a 325 F oven 2½ hours. Makes 6 servings.
