Herbed potatoes and carrots

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 mediums Potatoes, unpeeled, cut in wedges
3 mediums Carrots, cut in large chunks
½ cup Miracle whip salad dressing
1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
1 teaspoon Dried thyme
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
Paprika

Directions

Heat oven to 450F. Boil potatoes and carrots together 15 minutes or until tender. Drain. Combine with dressing, herbs, salt and pepper.
