Holiday hot potatoes

Butter
Honey
Lemon Juice
Thick slices of cooked sweet potatoes or Yams
Toasted slivered almonds
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Heat butter, honey and a little lemon juice in a skillet and add the potatoes. Then toss gently over medium heat until glazed and lightly browned, adding a handful of toasted slivered almonds during the last few minutes of cooking.
