Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Water-packed Tuna, drained and flaked
1 cup Low-fat cottage cheese
2 eaches Hard-boiled eggs, peeled & chopped
¼ cup Chopped celery
¼ cup Chopped green onion
2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
1 teaspoon Lemon pepper seasoning
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ cup Diet mayonaise (4 tbs)

Directions

1. In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill. Use as salad or sandwich filling. 2. May be stored in refrigerator up to one week.
