2 eaches Garlic cloves, peeled
2 eaches Bay leaves
6 eaches Black peppercorns
4 eaches Mustard seeds
2 eaches Onion slivers
½ cup Canola oil, or olive oil

Directions

Place first 5 ingredients in any jar that holds ½ cup. Pour canola oil over top. Cover. Let stand in refrigerator for at least 4 days before using. Keeps up to 2 weeks ONLY. MUST be refrigerated.
