Onion slim dip - butter busters ^

Ingredients

¼ cup Skim milk
2 cups Nonfat cottage cheese, drained
1 each Pk (ab 1 1/2oz) dry onion soup mix, (any brand)

Directions

Mix skim milk and cottage cheese in blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 3 minutes. Stir in onion soup mix. Chill one hour. Serve with fresh vegetables. Note: You can make this with fatfree sour cream in place of the cottage cheese and skim milk. Per ¼ cup serving: 47 cal., 0g fat (0%), 0mg chol., 0g fiber, 8g pro., 3g carb., 460mg sod.
