Seafood cracker dip - butter busters ^

Ingredients

1 each Ct (12oz) nonfat cottage cheese
1 cup Kraft fatfree mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
2 eaches Tb lemon juice
2 eaches Tb fatfree cream cheese
1 can (71/2oz) king crabmeat, drained
1 can (4 1/2oz) cocktail shrimp, drained

Directions

In a blender, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Remove from blender and mix in seafood. Cover and chill.

Serve with nonfat saltine crackers. Per ¼ cup serving: 79 cal., 0.6g fat (7%), 35mg chol., 0g fiber, 12g pro., 6g carb., 616mg sod.
