| ¼ | cup | Honey |
| 2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dry sherry |
| 2 | Crushed garlic cloves | |
Directions
Combine in a zip-top bag, and use to marinate pork, chicken or beef. Makes about 1 cup.
