Honeypot fudge

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Butter or margarine
2 tablespoons Honey
1 pounds Confectioner's sugar
teaspoon Cream of tartar

Directions

Mix all ingredients in 3 quart saucepan. Bring slowly to boil, stirring constantly. Bring to full rolling boil for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. (A small amount dropped into cold water should form a soft ball at 235 degrees.) Remove pan from heat and cool slightly. Beat mixture until thick. Pour into greased shallow pan.
