Horseradish-cream cheese spread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 ounces Cream cheese; room temperature
¼ cup Fresh chives; finely chopped
2 tablespoons Buttermilk
½ cup Horseradish; grated and drained

Directions

Mash all ingredients together until well combined, using just enough buttermilk to get the desired consistency.

Use as a spread on rye or pumpernickel bread, on bagels or crackers.
