Hot dip w/dried beef

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 ounces Cream cheese
2 tablespoons Milk
5 ounces Dried beef
2 tablespoons Onion flakes
½ teaspoon Garlic salt
½ cup Sour cream
½ cup Pecans; finely chopped
2 tablespoons Butter
¼ teaspoon Salt

Directions

SAUTE TOGETHER

Blend cream cheese and milk. Add the dried beef, onion flakes and garlic salt. Fold in the sour cream.

Spoon into a 1-qt oven-proof dish. Sprinkle with the nuts, that had been heated and sauteed with butter and salt.

Cook for 25 min in a 350~ oven. This is really, really good.

Serving Ideas : Serve with assorted crackers.
