| 2 | Medium-sized tomatoes; quartered | |
| 3 | Radishes; thinly sliced | |

| 1 | large | Stalk celery; peeled & thinly sliced |
| ½ | cup | Salad oil |
| ½ | cup | Red wine vinegar |
| ½ | pounds | Romano cheese; grated |
| Salt & pepper to taste | ||
| Oregano to taste | ||
| Accent to taste | ||
Directions
SABATINO DRESSING
Place lettuce in a bowl and garnish with remaining ingredients. Just before serving, pour Sabatino Dressing over salad. Sabatino Dressing: Combine all ingredients and mix well.
