Impossible creamed peas and ham pie

1 | pack | (10oz) frozen green peas |
2 | tablespoons | Diced pimiento |
1 | cup | Cubed fully cooked smoked ham |
⅓ | cup | Half-and-half |
2 | Eggs | |
½ | cup | Bisquick baking mix |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
2 | tablespoons | Grated parmesan cheese |

Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees Grease pie plate, 9x1-¼ inches. Rinse peas under cold water to thaw; drain thoroughly. Place peas, pimiento and ham in plate. Beat half and half, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour in plate; sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean., about 35 min. 4 servings. Note: High altitude directions 3500 to 6500 feet increase half and half to ½ C. Bake 40 to 45 min.
