Incredible almost fat-free vegan hummus

Ingredients

1 can (15.5-oz) chickpeas (garbanzo beans) (up to)
3 Cloves chopped garlic
4 tablespoons Creme-It powdered tofu fiber (Available from Dixie USA; Houston)
1 cup Water
1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
2 teaspoons Lemon or lime juice

It's a keeper.

Place all ingredients in blender and puree for one minute. Serve chilled as the dip, or hot as the stir-fry sauce. Makes 2½ cups.
