Italian baked halibut

Ingredients

1 | cup | Chopped onions |
3 | pounds | Halibut fillets |
1 | cup | Chopped celery |
½ | cup | Chopped parsley |
Salt and pepper | ||
2 | tablespoons | Cooking oil |
6 | mediums | Potatoes |
2 | cans | Tomato sauce |
Directions
Sprinkle ½ c onions in baking pan. Place fillets over onions. Cover with remaining onions, celery, parsley, salt and pepper. Add enough water to cover fish; pour in oil. Arrange potatoes around fillets; turn potatoes to coat with liquid. Pour tomato sauce over mixture in casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until fillets and potatoes are tender.
