Baked halibut

Quantity Ingredient
4 Halibut steaks
1 teaspoon Salt Freshly ground pepper to taste
3 tablespoons Butter, melted
1 cup Canned tomatoes
½ teaspoon Sugar
1 medium Onion, thinly sliced
½ cup Heavy whipping cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Place halibut in buttered baking dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brush with melted butter. Crush tomatoes with sugar; spread over fish. Cover with onion. Bake for 20 minutes. Pour cream over fish; bake for 10 minutes more.
