Hearty halibut

⅔ | cup | Thinly sliced onion |
2 | pounds | Halibut steaks, cut into 6 portions |
1½ | cup | Chopped mushrooms |
⅓ | cup | Chopped tomato |
¼ | cup | Chopped green pepper |
¼ | cup | Chopped parsley |
3 | tablespoons | Chopped pimento |
½ | cup | Dry white wine |
2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Dillweed |
⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
1 | Lemon, cut into wedges for garnish |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Arrange onion in bottom of greased 12X8X2" baking dish. Place fish on top of onion. Combine mushrooms, tomato, green pepper, parsley, and pimento; spread over fish. Combine wine, lemon juice, salt, dill weed, and pepper, pour over vegetables. Bake 25-30 minutes, until fish tests done with fork. Garnish with lemon wedges.
