Jewish apple cake (2)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Vegetable oil
2 cups Sugar
4 Eggs
3 cups Flour
¼ cup Apple or orange juice
teaspoon Vanilla
3 teaspoons Baking powder
5 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Cinnamon
1 cup Apples

Directions

Mix first seven ingredients well. Chop apples coarsely. Mix sugar and cinnamon, then add apples and coat them well. Layer batter and apples in a greased tube pan. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar on top. Bake for 1½ hours at 350 o F.
