1 | Jar apricot preserves, unsweetened | |
½ | pint | Fat free sour cream(small container) |
½ | cup | Cottage cheese, lowfat |
2 | tablespoons | Margarine, melted |
1 | tablespoon | Vanilla |
2 | Eggs 0r egg whites | |
¼ | cup | Sugar |
Directions
Combine all ingred. and put in buttered casserole. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Bake 375 about 45 min.
