Noodle pudding

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 ounces Uncooked flat egg noodles;
1 tablespoon Sugar;
1 teaspoon Cinnamon;
1 teaspoon Butter;
1 cup Cottage cheese;
A handful raisins;

Directions

Put a medium-size pot of water on to boil. Cook the noodles until tender. While the noodles are cooking, combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. When noodle are done, drain them well. Transfer them to a bowl. Add butter and mix well. Add cottage cheese and raisins and mix. Transfer to serving bowls, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar and eat.
