Cottage cheese noodle pudding

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ pounds Noodles; cooked, drained
1 pounds Cottage cheese
½ pint Sour cream
1 cup Raisins
3 Apples; diced -or-
8 ounces Apple jelly
1 can (small) evaporated milk
4 Eggs; well beaten
½ cup Sugar

Directions

To the noodles add cottage cheese, sour cream, raisins, apples or jelly, evaporated milk and eggs. Mix together well; add sugar. Mix thoroughly.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for one hour. This can be baked in a square pan and cut into 2 inch portions -- or larger, if desired.
