5 | pounds | Chicken wings split in two sections |
1 | Bottle Durkee's hot sauce | |
1 | Sticks butter (up to 2) |
Directions
In a sauce pot, heat butter and hot sauce to boiling. In deep fryer fry chicken wings about 12 at a time fry 12-15 minutes or until crispy. After chicken wings are done, dip into sauce then eat.
