Korean chicken wings

4 | pounds | Chicken Wings |
½ | cup | Soy sauce |
6 | tablespoons | Sugar |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped chives |
1 | tablespoon | Sesame seeds |
4 | Cloves minced garlic | |
Hot red pepper; to taste |
Directions
Directions: Mix all ingrd. except chicken, set aside. Dip chicken in flour and deep fry in electric skillet about four minutes on each side. Dip in sauce and place on paper towels. Serve hot or cold.
Note: This is GREAT! I got this recipe from a woman in my church when I lived in Phoenix. She got it while living in Korea and has been serving at everywhere from neiborhood partys to weddings. DONT PASS THIS ONE UP!!! You can leave out the red pepper for the children and I often dont deep fry at all. Just dip in sauce, bake on jelly roll pan in 350 oven for 1 hour.
