Lemony sweet spareribs

Ingredients

3 | pounds | Spareribs; cut in serving size pieces |
6 | ounces | Lemonade concentrate; thawed and undiluted |
1½ | cup | Water |
3 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
3 | tablespoons | Catsup |
3 | tablespoons | Sugar, brown |
2 | tablespoons | Water |
2 | tablespoons | Cornstarch |
Directions
Place spareribs in a large Dutch oven; cover with salted water, and cook over low heat 1 hour. Drain.
Combine next 6 ingredients, and pour over ribs. Cover and cook over low heat 1 hour. Remove ribs to serving platter.
Combine 2 tablespoons water and cornstarch, stirring until smooth; add to pan drippings. Cook until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly. Serve sauce with ribs.
