Lemony sweet spareribs

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 pounds Spareribs; cut in serving size pieces
6 ounces Lemonade concentrate; thawed and undiluted
cup Water
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
½ teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Catsup
3 tablespoons Sugar, brown
2 tablespoons Water
2 tablespoons Cornstarch

Directions

Place spareribs in a large Dutch oven; cover with salted water, and cook over low heat 1 hour. Drain.

Combine next 6 ingredients, and pour over ribs. Cover and cook over low heat 1 hour. Remove ribs to serving platter.

Combine 2 tablespoons water and cornstarch, stirring until smooth; add to pan drippings. Cook until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly. Serve sauce with ribs.
