Sweet and sour spareribs #2

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 pounds Spareribs; cracked into 2 to 3 inch pieces
1 teaspoon Monosodium glutamate
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
½ cup Prepared mustard
1 cup Brown sugar

Directions

Have butcher cut ribs into small pieces. Bake ribs at 325ø for 1-½ hours.

Drain on paper towels. Make sauce with remaining ingredients, then brush on ribs. Return ribs to 300ø oven for 45 minutes. Baste several times while cooking.
