2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
3 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
Salt and freshly ground, | ||
Pepper to taste | ||
Dash garlic powder | ||
Grated Parmesan cheese | ||
Croutons |
Directions
Tear lettuce into small pieces and place in large serving bowl. In small bowl, blend lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Toss into salad. Top each serving with Parmesan cheese and croutons.
