Lettuce bundles

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Water
¼ cup Hoisin sauce
cup Peanuts, chopped
2 cups Bean sprouts
2 eaches Carrots, grated
2 eaches Green onions, finely chopped
½ cup KRAFT Lifht mayonnaise type dressing
Salt and pepper to taste
1 each Head Romaine lettuce

Directions

Add water to the Hoisin sauce and heat until just boiling. Remove and add the peanuts. Set aside. %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%% %%%%% SALAD ROLLS %%%%% %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%% Mix the rest of the ingredients (except for lettuce) together. Seperate lettuce leaves.
