Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
10 pounds Avacados (about 20)
¾ pounds Black Olives, chopped 3 cups
½ cup Green onion, sliced
¾ cup Lime juice
½ cup Salsa
tablespoon Salt (to taste)

Directions
