Low fat smoked mackerel forspeise

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
14 ounces Smoked mackerel
5 Floz very low fat fromage frais
4 ounces Low fat soft cheese
2 teaspoons Horseradish relish
10 Grinds of black pepper

Directions

Remove the skin from the fish and flake into a blender or food processor.

Add all the remaining ingredients and blend or process until absolutely smooth.

Cover with clingfilm and chill for several hours to allow it to firm up.
