Low fat smoked mackerel forspeise

14 | ounces | Smoked mackerel |
5 | Floz very low fat fromage frais | |
4 | ounces | Low fat soft cheese |
2 | teaspoons | Horseradish relish |
10 | Grinds of black pepper |
Directions
Remove the skin from the fish and flake into a blender or food processor.
Add all the remaining ingredients and blend or process until absolutely smooth.
Cover with clingfilm and chill for several hours to allow it to firm up.
