Mama's cole slaw

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
5 cups Green cabbage, thinly sliced
1 cup Red cabbage, thinly sliced
2 eaches Carrots, shredded
½ each Small onion, minced
1 each Garlic clove, finely
. shredded
cup Soy (eggless) mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Paprika
dash Cayenne
1 tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Honey

Directions

Mix cabbage and carrots, and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients, add to the cabbage and carrot and mix well.
