Mandarin shrimp hors d'ouevres

6 tablespoons Oil
1 pounds Small shrimp, cleaned Salt to taste
1 tablespoon Sherry

Directions

Heat oil in wok or frying pan. Add shrimp and stir fry until pink; drain. Sprinkle with salt and sherry and serve.
