Marinated orange-strawberry salad

1 | tablespoon | Honey |
1 | teaspoon | Olive oil |
3 | cups | Tightly packed torn leaf lettuce |
1 | tablespoon | Pine nuts, toasted |
Directions
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl, tossing gently. Let stand 30 minutes. Add lettuce and pine nuts, tossing gently to coat. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1-¼ cups).
